Laurence Payot is working with Edge Hill University on a new video project, as part of this wider project, with members of Learning Starts, Gorse Hill Nature Reserve, film-maker Tim Brunsden and sound artist Laura Campbell.

What would it feel like to be a tree in a forest? Using a multi sensory approach, members of Learning Starts were invited to explore the forest from a new perspective (listening, touching, foraging, dancing, becoming…).

The final work will be exhibited at Edge Hill University in 2022, followed by a touring exhibition in the North West later in the year.
